This incredibly unique design incorporates over 1,500 individual polymers that are strung together which allows for the tension between polymer nodes to be adjusted in order to create ideal tension zones across the chair. These varying zones of tension are what give the user the impression of sitting on water as the weight of the body is evenly distributed and supported. To illuminate the difference between this Celle’s cellular suspension and the typical foam padding and frame system that composes your typical office chair, the key difference is that your ordinary office chair will have pressure points that are essentially non-existent in the Celle. Containing much of the same comforting ergonomic technology as the Aeron at a more affordable price has its drawbacks – or should I say drawbacks? As this chair fails miserably in the recline department due to its apparent lack of a headrest. Otherwise, the Mirra really and truly is the next generation Aeron chair.
