The Caper chair is actually part of a family of chairs that are highly mobile and ideal in conference rooms, projects, training, and much much more. This light weight, easy to use, and highly mobile chair is great for situations when one needs a chair that is effortless to move. It’s somewhat odd that what is typically a simple little chair has become so incredibly advanced when designed by the team at Herman Miller. These not-so-simple seats are available with FLEXNET which is a breathable suspension material that greatly increases comfort while evenly distributing weight.
Eco-Friendly
Like all Herman Miller chairs, the Caper is no exception when it comes to being Greenguard and Leed certified for its 100%
recyclable design composed of 21% recycled materials. Additionally, since the chair is half the weight of most chairs competing in class, it requires much less material as well as energy to manufacture.
Human Conscious Design
For such a little chair, it sure is extremely comfortable. Perforated holes located in the back as well as the seat allow the sitter to stay cool – an especially useful feature when residing or working in warmer climates.
Multiple Uses
Caper is capable of resolving a variety of issues with typical chairs of this nature. Able to connect chairs to one another through an interlocking system known as ganging connectors, Capers are quite capable of quickly creating a tidy presentation room. The
ganging connectors come pre-installed and surprisingly do not interfere with stacking. That’s right, if you haven’t guessed by now, the little Herman Miller Caper chairs are stackable chairs which makes for easy storage especially when physical space is in limited supply.
Mobility
Weighing a mere 9.5 pounds, the Capers are both light and compact which allows for high mobility as a single chair or as a group. The Capers come with either carpet glides or casters for hard surfaces. The innovative Floor Saver Glides prevent damage to hard finishes so there’s no need to worry about the vinyl composition tiles as the dirt will be pushed away and not ground into the tile.
Affordable
When budget is the primary concern, one need not fret as the caper chairs are not nearly as expensive as one might begin to believe after reading about all the innovative technology incorporated into this incredible chair. Without the comfort increasing Flexnet seat, the Caper chair price is around $249.00, but when you add the Flexnet the price jumps to $349.00.
Funky Fresh Style
Whatever your personal preference, finding your particular favorite color will not be a problem as the Capers come in a wide variety of colors. More than capable of turning your room into a skittles factory.
Capers Review
As far as secondary lightweight, portable, and stackable ergonomic chairs go – the Caper chairs really take the cake. This is without doubt, the best ergonomic stacking chair on the market. Hope you enjoyed reading our Herman Miller Capers review.

haha let’s get real dude, caper chairs are made expensive! then again, if i was rich or ran some big company i’d probably get these chairs in place of your typical stacking chairs cause these are pretty legit. look comfortable especially when you compare ‘em to those whack metal chairs they always got in public schools out here in cali.
