This excellent ergonomic office chair by Herman Miller has achieved a breakthrough success in office chair technology through the innovation of an intelligent back material.  What makes this particularly unique is how the material is stretched from the Y-Frame to create various levels of tension in different areas.  Between the lumbar and the thoracic areas and between the lumbar and the sacrum area you have higher levels of tension which allow these hinge points to flex and adequately support healthy movement of the tilting of the pelvis.  On the other side, the areas with less tension allow the seated user to maintain a full range of movement.
